Josh replaced our complete system recently, big difference ?. He suggested a few things that would help us on the run time of the unit verses the old unit that was too small. He was right. It heats & cools better and the power bill is less because of that detail he did. I highly recommend mericle mech. for alot of reasons. After an unexpected failure of my heat and air unit, I had spent months putting a "bandaid" solution on my problem. Dealing with several other companies I found estimates to "fix" my problem were much more than I could afford. Frustrated with covering up the underlying issue I reached out to Josh at Mericle Mechanical for a look at my system. Josh was very knowledgeable in his field, explained the issue and how to remedy it very thoroughly. His estimate was very acceptable compared to what I received elsewhere. Josh and his team were quick to respond and get the job done in a very timely manner. They were extremely nice, professional and clean in their work. Absolutely exceptional service and quality.....and my system runs like a dream!!! Thank you guys! I would recommend ten times over and they have my business for life.

These guys are phenomenal. Josh and his team provided great customer service. When researching over seven different companies to replace a furnace and an AC coil, Mericle Mechanical was the most honest. They did not pressure me with any sales tactics and gave their professional opinion and left it at that. Even before they started the job, I had several questions and concerns. I called Josh (over the Holidays out of all times), and he very patiently answered all of my questions.

On the day of the service, Alex walked me through and informed me every step of the way. They were very respectful of my home while doing a challenging job. They had to lift hefty equipment while navigating up and down a small stairway and then up and down into the attic. However, they took their time and somehow didn't hit the walls :-) Now that they completed the job, the new equipment looks great. I'm confident with my purchase and am very grateful that Mericle Mechanical was the company that met my family's needs. By being honest, not trying to sell me everything, they earned my trust and loyalty.
